Our company is member C.E.C.C.A.R. (The Body of Expert and Licensed Accountants of Romania). We are on the market for over 20 years and we have a large experience in our field of activity.

Our team
We have 18 people in our team which is formed by accounting experts, economists, legal advisors, psychologists, HR inspectors, health and safety at work inspectors and IT specialists.

Our services
We have considerable skills in order to assist our clients and to provide full range of start-up services (new company or PFA formation, suspending, development, changing, closing business activity, dissolution and liquidation etc.), accounting and HR services (payroll, health and safety at work, personnel evaluations, etc.). We provide our services in the English, Italian, French and Spanish. We also have close working relations with the public notaries, lawyers specialized in the trade law, specialists in occupational medicine, translations offices and other specialists, that certainly guarantees the quality and rapidity of the services we render.
